These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ResumeLine, operated by Kingdom Workforce LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ResumeLine is an AI-powered resume generation service. We provide you with a dedicated phone number. When candidates call that number, our AI interviewer conducts a structured conversation to collect their work history, skills, and education. We then generate a professional resume and deliver it to your designated email address.
The Service is designed for businesses, staffing agencies, and organizations that need to collect resumes from candidates efficiently.
To use ResumeLine, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
ResumeLine costs $99 per month. The first payment of $99 is charged immediately upon signup. Subsequent payments are billed monthly on the anniversary of your signup date. Your subscription includes a dedicated phone number and access to the admin portal.
In addition to the monthly subscription, you pay $0.15 per minute of AI interview time. A typical interview lasts approximately 8 minutes (roughly $1.20 per resume). Usage fees are billed monthly in arrears.
Each account has a configurable monthly usage cap (default: $100). When your usage charges reach this cap, new calls will not be processed until the next billing period or until you raise the cap in your admin portal Settings. You may adjust or remove the cap at any time. ResumeLine is not responsible for calls that are not processed due to the usage cap being reached.
All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee and any usage charges incurred. Prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment remains unsuccessful after 7 days, we may suspend your account and release your dedicated phone number.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the admin portal or by contacting us at [email protected].
We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of your subscription.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that candidates are aware their call will be recorded and that an AI interviewer will collect their information for the purpose of generating a resume. By directing candidates to call your ResumeLine number, you represent that you have obtained or will obtain appropriate consent.
The ResumeLine service, including its software, AI models, branding, and documentation, is owned by Kingdom Workforce LLC. You retain ownership of the candidate data and generated resumes produced through your account.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your active subscription.
We strive to keep ResumeLine available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors and that you are responsible for reviewing resumes before use.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kingdom Workforce LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kitsap County, Washington.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of ResumeLine after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:
